I'm half Asian and half Brit - sadly slapped with a premium.
Cat150 PRC houses I'm treated with regular rates but I can't speak mandarin and I get very mixed treatment from the girls - everything gets lost in translation but I'm fairly treated so no issues here.
Cat50 Thai houses is mixed for me. Some double their rates to $100 while some ask for $80. The time allocated is flexible for me but doesn't stretch a lot - 30 mins is generally fine with me.
Cat40 - most of the time I request for double session so no issues here
Thais speak English so that works for me.
I did ask before why the different in charges, some pimps are friendly and jokingly say 'because u big' while others tell me 'u special' with what sounds like sarcasm.
Regardless, I respect their decision. It's their establishment, their rules. The rates in Sg are way cheaper than Japan where inside to live and definitely cheaper than the U.K.
