Dont think many house owner will be generous or care about their staff welfare. Maybe brothers here can do a bit like visit them more, dont exhaust them too fast, if sick dont visit and pass the virus to them, so a pleasant session will also benefit next brother on the q. I dont know if tips culture should be encouraged, seems like they are high income earner than most of us.
