Not sure if anyone has experienced this... but some years back... i was out with my buddies having a round of drinks... and we decided to hit the Gaylang scene. And to my amazement, i lasted the entire 20 mins and asked for an extension.
From then on, if i knew i was not going to last (i.e. haven't been working out my little brother) i would go for a drink or two before the pounding work out...
Go give it a try... may help. it works for me.
