honestly, you wont know until you hear somebody complain !!
there was an incident once, when I stayed in KL apartment (thru Airbnb). Everything was ok, until around 12 midnight, some one knocked my door. When I opened, the gentleman (who knocked the door) told me to be considerate. I asked what happen ?. He said I made so much noises. I invited him in RIGHT AWAY. He apologized.
I stayed there for 4 nites, and the next day, I saw a letter under the door. it was from management office, asking me not to make noise after 10pm. Was annoyed, I called the owner and explained everything. I did not know whether the owner did something or not !!
