there is no fix number but u know you are over doing it when u prefer mastubation instead of screwing your gf.

I bo gf so... listen to body hmmm like cannot go without pcc for a week. At least one wk 1-2 times. Healthy? Or muz tone dwn?

From a medical point of view there is no such thing as too much masturbation.

In fact, regular masturbation has been shown to reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

What we are more concerned about is the psychological impact of masturbation.

If a person becomes socially withdrawn, is unable to manage normal physical relationships etc then it becomes a problem.

Can i ask how will you as a doctor treat a person who is unable to manage normal physical relationship as a result of too much masturbation. etc: Erectile dysfunction
