How to take over spa

Heard takeover a new spa still need to put in 50k to renovate
before they give you licence ?? but the spa just renovate 4 month ago
for 60k , so now must show put in another 50k.. any bro can confirm if it is true.. find very wasteful

owe alot package,
under av radar screen, sell to you.

make sure landlord agree to rent to u.
extend lease, to do masg svc.
worst thing can happen,he take back the plc,
and run it himself.

I do not think its true but when u want to take over and run as a spa,the takeover must subject to licence approval.

what he mean,case trust,licence unit ,need to know whether reno
investment is 50k above ,before giving casetrust, n category one licence.

But some of my frd say takeover fee is consider also
investment capital fee ( which must show more than 50k before they give u licence) and plus the rental fee say about 2 month of 4k.. and if all add
up more than 50k they will approve you.. But maybe must show proof to them
like receipt of takeover and rental cost... Everthing is very uncertain..
what if you put in renovation , then you didnot get the license.. it is like
egg and chicken

that is why some shop become beauty spa...
after setup, cant get masg licence.
