In the last three weeks, I had two protected encounters with escorts but one with unprotected Bj. Also in the last week, I have been masturbating on a daily basis. Seemingly ok but only after a week or so, I started to experience a slight burning sensation in the first 1-3 seconds of my urination, and stops after. Also, my penis feels a little more sensitive at the tip, while I try looking, there hasn't been any visible marks. This sensitivity is a strange feeling, as if it becomes more sensitive to the underwear material I am wearing. During this period of time, my back/neck aches (think due to poor sleep), and prior to the "burning sensation", I had diarrhoea.

Maybe I have been thinking about it too much that it has, but I am just trying to understand what could possibly be leading these strange symptoms.

See a doctor. You can catch Gonorrhea and Chlamydia from unprotected oral sex.

Sounds more like Chlamydia, symptoms took around 7 days to appear after infection.

On taking a really close look at my urine, it looks like there are some transparent/white looking tiny bugs moving. Strange but feels more and more like UTI.
