Do I have STD?
I have a purple patches or rashes on my penis foreskin but my penile heads looks healthy pink and clean, no spots. Recently, I had diarrhea and fever but it went away in 3 days and my GP told me that it is due to food poisoning. Also, a day after my last sexual encounter (protected sex but BBBJ), I was fine but until I placed an 'enlargel' cream on my penis, it starts itching very badly for a week till it subsides. Not sure if these symptoms i get is through from the cream or the person I had sex with. Do you reckon I have HIV/AIDS or any STD? Any bros tried the cream or do pegym and got this side effect as well?

It's quite likely that the itching is the result of an allergic reaction to the cream you applied. My advice is to avoid all such scams. It will do nothing for you.
However since you also had unprotected oral sex, it is also possible that you have caught an STD. You should see a doctor for STD screening.
