Can check in transit hotel with FLs ?

Sorry. No sure if this is the right place to post.

Most of the time my cheonging session with FLs are in their condo or apartment.
I am not familiar with booking hotel along Balestier rd for 2 to 3 hrs. Due to regulation changed a couple of years ago,i am not too sure what is the latest rules

Can i bring the FL to check in to hotel like hotel 81 or frangrance hotel for 2 to 3 hrs? The FL is on short term visit like tourist

So far, I only check-in with local FL (Singaporean).

I am also curious on if can do it with foreign FL.

My experience is any hotel including H81 and fragrance will gladly check you and the girl (if it is her first visit for the day) in for your transit session with no question as long you can show ID and cash.

Just wondering, if I check in the hotel on my own beforehand (full day type - not transit) and I go to the lobby and pick her up, will she still need to register at the reception ?
