3 weeks in Europe

Just broke up recently so I am going on a 3 week trip to Europe in either Jan or Feb. Looking for a fun travel buddy.

Not your SD so pay for your own flight but I'll settle all the accommodation in hotels.

Don't underestimate the cost of hotel accommodation over 3 weeks? At $300 a night it works out to $6000+

It's not that I can't afford it. But I'm looking for a travel buddy and maybe some fun, not a transaction for sexual obligations.

The 6k for accommodation you still have to pay if you going alone.

If want to have some fun, be more generous and throw in air ticket and even shopping allowances - likely have more positive responses.

So let me get this straight. $300 a night for a lady to share your bed? Sounds like a pretty good deal - for you.

You're probably visiting multiple cities for a 3 week trip. Maybe around 6-ish places. Let's estimate the costs of travel for a hypothetical trip in Jan. The prices listed are the best case scenario with budget carriers for EU domestic flights. Of note, I didn't actually look at the timings, and the prices could be as much as 50% more for ideally-timed flights.

Singapore to Amsterdam (KLM) = $1800
Amsterdam to Vienna (Vueling) = $60
Vienna to Paris (Vueling) = $60
Paris to Rome (Vueling) = $60
Rome to Seville (Vueling) = $120
Seville to Barcelona (Vueling) = $40
Barcelona to Singapore (SIA) = $620

So in the best case scenario, travel would cost roughly $2760.

You're advertising for a stranger to take 3 weeks leave on short notice from work or studies, pay upwards of $2760 out of her own pocket for travel fees, just to share a bed with you and cheer you up after you're dumped?

What about food and miscellaneous travel expenses? Michelin star dining? Brunch at quaint little cafes? Museum, river cruise, opera, castle-entrance tickets? Stipends for souvenirs? Maybe a nice gift? You have omitted some rather important - and expensive - stuff from your post. Are you planning to go Dutch for these things as well?
