Bluebell has closed down the blk 17X outlet and has shifted to another location which is quite close to the original vicinity. I believe the regulars would have been informed by the boss (went there last month and was told). The new location is at blk 2XX. Can be precise on the exact blk. Really appreciate if you could provide another digit on the blk. Because blk 2xx can only narrow down to 100 blk. Quite tough to search leh.
