FL Domes?

Would someone be so kind to teach me the following:

1) what is "FL"

2) what are the differences between the various "domes"

3) on that note, why is it called a "dome"

1) FL = Freelancers, a term that was used to describe girls that work freelance in the sex trade, as opposed to organized groups with a pimp. But now all girls that are not part of the legal establishment are called FLs.

2) Dome 1 are Thais. Dome 2 are PRCs. Dome 3 are everyone except the first 2. Dome L are locals.

3) Dunno why. Maybe someone else can enlighten?
