Okt very fast replies and friendly. Location is pretty decent the carpark for the hotel is very close like a few feet away just need to drive abit more and make a left turn into a gantry if you are following the GPS.

I am not gonna score as different people have different opinions.
The room is pretty decent with okay amenities.
