just for your info, i have been taking this tongkat ali capsule regularly and it works for me, it is not like viagra or some other performance drugs, TA is just like ginseng and you have to take regularly to be able to feel the effects. the effects is you get a stronger erection and you can last longer so the women enjoys more. you can get the capsules easly from most pharmacy selling health supplements, i think GNC and Nature have them. some similar products that give some boost include wild oats. you can also take the chinese herbs 'tong chon chow" or tien chi. all these works for me.
