However the facts of the case including personal ID details are recorded, documented and filed by the police/relevant authority...this information is not private and confidential and can be released to the public(press) because of the breach of CB measures...

Accordingly, any FL punter caught breaching the CB measures during an FL raid may face the risk of having such highly sensitive information ie his personal ID and the fact that he was in the company of an FL revealed to the public(press) by the police...

Is an FL punter prepared to take such a risk during this CB period?

The police is primarily concerned with RESIDENTIAL areas, for reasons which should be obvious. The lesson here is don't be a cheapskate and go to HDBs and condos with tight security.
