So you see how high is the bracket of GL $150 msian cat. Of course, that era we were not as IT savvy where we can check listing thru internet, this is also a major contributing factor imo.

it just a matter of customer preference
people will just go to where they think is most suitable for them

some prefer the safety environment without raids or hygiene and regular check ups in GL

while some prefer the more private environment with FLs in the hotels/condos


if i were to compare from the past (like 10 years back) and current status of prc, it used to be more a balance of quality, service, price between GL and other markets. i personally cannot find any prc in gl that suits me currently, but FL and ML i am able to.

the current generation is also alot more tech savvy so they get info from online sources in which fl and ml shines and gl greatly suffers because they cannot do online exposure. it is made even worse when fewer ppl wanna share intel

if gl dies in the future, it is just due to change in time, dynasty falls, dynasty rise. during earlier days, sg have health centers and spas with hotpools and girls but now ppl have to go jb and batam to get such spa setting

I think is it more of a nostalgic for Malaysia girls rather then more premier. I have tried them before many years ago, there were many good ones. And many local men could click better with Malaysians. But in terms of look, overall they are not better than pre-covid China girls. As long as Singapore is run by rationale people it will not be shut down. During pandemic so many cheognsters said this and that but it is still around. Many experienced cheongster say house cannot be transferred or whatever and if OKT die or exit business that house is lost forever.
