If her door is closed, you can try asking the older milf beside. A couple of times she was nice enough to tell me if Xiaoqian is busy inside or off that day. The previous time I went, she said Xiaoqian is not around (她不在). Think she meant she is off that day.

Probably between 12pm to 8pm+ is your best bet, based on what I’ve read. YMMV depending on the day, IMHO.
