Yes, these syndicates are extremely smart and evil. The modus operandi seems to take a two-pronged attack approach to force the WL into nuts case 走投无路 被他们摆布. When both methods are used together, it becomes extremely potent to make the WL GG, very wicked:

1) Lure them into TG group with promises of huge financial gain and larger customer base. This is the first poison set.

Once the first method is used and WL still don't budge, the member (obviously loaded) will have to throw money (about $4500 or thereabouts) to pay the hackers and then shock the WL into submission. He will continue to use this to stalk and harass the WL with constant threats of exposing this to their love ones, find their addresses and even with physical violence etc.

Once both methods are used in unison, no WL can escape their wrath. End result is either have to cut card RTC or continue to be exploited by them like a sex slave.

From what I know and suspect, these depraved sexual requests include strange perverted sexual role-play requests inside the room (like the recent case), fetched outside for special sessions (won't be surprised to include gangbangs or other perverted fetishes) or even weird requests like live naked shows, sex chats etc. to serve their customers.

He claims to be a Singapore citizen but speaks with an obvious Tiong accent mixed with local accent and can even speak Hokkien but his has known interaction and contacts with illegal mercenary hackers in China by paying and using them to obtain WL's identity illegally then threaten to expose their identities or cause physical harm when they RTC, so he is likely a new citizen or PR from China. (Hopefully not related to the infamous Fujian Gang LOL)

By using these powerful ace cards, it allows him to continue his depraved acts by taking a gambit that the PRC WLs will not dare to report to the police.

He drives an Audi and Mercs (but claims those cars are not his) and also seems to be very free like no need to work every day can visit WLs during the day so likely a pampered 富二代 with nothing better to do by engaging in such acts.

His photos has apparently already been disseminated to many PRC WLs and OKTs, soon he should be on OKT's red alert list or banned from entering any GL premises LOL.

A police report will be filed very soon is all I can say for now*. Hopefully after the police complete their investigation, his beautiful handsome photo will appear in the newspapers LOL.

On hindsight, due to more and more recent cases of WLs suddenly RTC with similar reasons, he could be part of a syndicate to lure unsuspecting WLs to join TG or other online chat grps (illegal under AV rules) under the pretext of helping them make more monies but with hidden agenda of making a harlem of sex slaves victims using such threats to commit their heinous acts.

Each member of the syndicate might play a different role to create a smokescreen distraction so that WL will not suspect anything, e.g. some might be given a role as a Introducer whom will first RTF the WL multiple times to act as an innocent 'trusted' customer by the WL, then slowly lure her into the TG club, other members might include a black hacker resource and a financier with perverse mind to help himself or other perverted members willing to pay a fee to enjoy these enslaved poor women. This is an extremely evil heinous act and all these perpetrators involved be must be caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Not really, from what I know, this fellow is already famous in FL zone for harassing FLs and stealing their ID cards, possessions and even luggage etc. but just that those activities and FLs are already illegal so no one don't dare to report police yet which why this farker can survive til now.

Whether he is part of some syndicates no one knows I certainly hope not but there are indeed such syndicates around pwning WLs esp. PRC WLs working underground using very similar methods, and this CB Kia might be a copycat after participating or observing their methods which triggered his twisted mind then invent his own deranged moves.

So regardless of whether he is half-mental or what nots, I believe that since police report has been made, he should soon be tio charged with those criminal behaviors besides harassment and threatening WLs by exposing their personal identity etc. Moreover, he has also committed an illegal act by engaging Black Hackers (with evidence given to the police from what I know) to reveal her real name and ID no.
