Exchange rate today not too bad,got 9890/SGD (130pm batam time) opposite formosa Hotel fat girl shop,i changed S$210 tho. Was trying to bargain for 9900/SGD but failed.

(yahoo finance shows around 9921/SGD)

A friend of mine changed in the morning at 9850/SGD (before 11am) and about an hour plus later,i went to ask again,it becomes 9860/SGD.

I am talking all about the same shop.

May those in Batam have a good time,its drizzling in Batam as i type,about an hour ago was heavy downpour. Remember to bargain...weather is in favor to most shopping tourists.

Time now is 2.02pm Batam time.

Wow nice. We were at BCS just now. Ate at this hong kong restaurant with hinerange.

Yes,bro...i am staying over 4D3N and will be leaving for Singapore today.

I actually didnt start off my trip good...my memory failed me as i forget to bring many things over to Batam,and not only that,the hotel's power plug actually short circuit-ed and burnt off my laptop's power adaptor. 1st time i see smoke coming from my laptop's power adaptor...

End up,i need to fork out 700k rupiah to buy a new original power adaptor from DC mall. And from there,i learned that DC mall do not sell 1st hand things any cheaper than Nagoya Hill Mall or Lucky Plaza. Only their 2nd hand stuffs and computer accessories are cheaper.

A bad start for my Oct trip (burnt off extra 700k rupiah just like that,haiz...).

Waah, wasted la. If I knew u were in batam we could meet up. I met up wif hinerange. We walked from BCS mall to hotel utama n survey the MPs around dere. I went to try sakura massage. 100k 1 hour VIP room. Decent massage but quite short duration. Kena quoted 200k for HJ, no others as so suay she on her period. Lol. Refused n lowered to 150k but still rejected.

Formosa hotel power socket short circuit-ed? Omg dat is so dangerous. Luckily didn't fry ur cpu n motherboard. Or any charging mobile phones.
