Can’t say for sure, but the timings that I always go at have to be booked in advance. Have been left disappointed a few times last month when I tried to make a last min appointment like half an hour in advance

Quite sure she has a loyal following, haven’t seen many with such consistency in service

To those who want to get her WC, don’t bother, she will only add you if you have visited her before
