Agree with yr assessment. Just waiting to be swept clean. 3rd floor is so notorious that the other HJ ML asked me to go 3rd floor if I want full course.

Saw the 2 unit side by side on the link bridge to chinatown point. I am not sure if u r referring to the one nearer to the TCM/Antiques shop.

Cant figure out who is the Sao ML u referring. Is it the one next to stamp shop?

there are undercover police using wechat people nearby function. Once the ML discusses about service and pricing, the undercover will ask for address.
