No idea but wouldn't it be better to make a police report after the guy has been identified rather than before?

If the video is just handed over to the police all they'll do is sit on it.

The police are on the ball only if the victim is a VIP or a well connected.

Yes since SG is small, they can request to view nearby building CCTV to better trace and identify the vandel

Looks like parked in front of the dumpster at a HDB block.

Maybe the vandal tulan the driver park there multiple times. who knows the motive?

What i meant is maybe the police can trace where he come from or going to via nearby building CCTV since SG right now has lots of police cctv around

On Facebook some lady reported that vandal identified himself and matter settled between themselves and she will not report to police.

Update from one lady, think relative, said case
