Bro DaScolda, thanks for your sharing. I agree with you that the code serves to protect the punter so that he can post a honest FR on the SP and in turn, other bros may benefit from his FR - whether to patronise the SP or not.

Unfortunately there is no way to control access to this forum that is open to all. This means that the SP, either through her own means or from other bros who may have shared with her, will be able to read the FR on her services. Conversely if the FR is poor, her business might get affected and this may not be fair to her either if it is an isolated case.
