Hi all......

I have this problem when i did my first sex. I cannot control and shot off my load immediately after i entered . I try sex several times and the same thing happen again. My erection has no prob and the ger is wet oso. Feel frustrated and hope to receive advise to control and hold longer......Haiz

U may want to try not to moveupon entering. After U maintain your calm and able to know that U have control, then u can start your action. Alot have to do the state of mind and slowing down. Hope this helps

Bro...i think ur problem is quite common la...my advise would be whenever you pee, control your pee by intervals of stop and release. Do that for couple of weeks and hopefully it can help you.

When you know you're coming, try to push you energy to your 'tan dian', the area 3 inches below you belly button. Watch your breathing, stop the action if necessary. You just need more practices, then you will be fine, no worries
